What is a
C7
Gateway?
A
C7 Gateway enables connectivity between various IP based
networks using VoIP gateways and legacy switches or network equipment that use different signaling protocols
such as CAS and SS7 / C7. To
inter-work standardized signaling protocols like SS7, C7, C5, DTMF, R1,
R2, ISDN, and other CAS or CCS based protocols, telecom
network companies rely on a
C7 Gateway. Connections
between network node switches or VOIP gateways can be enabled by our
C7 Gateway products. For VoIP carrier services
applications, the
C7 Gateway acts as a bridge between ISDN
